At Exteriors Inc. we believe in doing a roof the right way, no cutting corners to save a few bucks. We install Metal Valleys in all valleys to increase the wear and help keep them clean from leaves and debris. We install T-Metal over the gable edges and Drip Edge* where the roof meets the gutters to keep the moisture from ruining the decking. We always use the manufactures recommended Self Sealing Starter Strip and Ridge Shingles. We use new Pipe Flashings and Roof Vents and always re flash the chimneys and the roof to wall areas. When we go over an existing layer of roof we always apply 30lb felt so that you get the longest life from the new roof. We stand behind our workmanship with a 5 year labor warranty so you have peace of mind. Why do we do things this way? Because it is the right way.
